A.- We service all South Florida, from the keys to the Palm Beach area.
Q.- Is there any minimum order requirement?
A..- No, there is no minimum order required.
Q.- How do I place my order?
A.- You can place your order by first calling our office to set an appointment (see our contact numbers)
Q.- What is the method of payment?
A.- Payments will be accepted in cash, checks, or money orders. Terms are as follow: 50% of the total amount before the shooting day, and the ramaining balance when the movie is finished and before the placement of it in our server
Q.- Do I need to have my own website?
A.- No. Your movie will be placed on a page in our server and we will provide you with the URL (linking address for such page) so you can post that link in other servers or sites. In any case you should let us know where are you placing such link so we can put in the property page a returning button to it.
Q.- How long you will take to shoot the video at the property?
A.- It depends on the plan and project size.
Q.- How long will it take to have the movie ready?
A.- We have a turnaround time of 5 working days
Q.- How long will my movie be placed on the web?
A- Web commercials will be placed for 1 year on our site at no additional cost to you.
Q.- Can I order additional DVDs?
A- Absolutely, each additional DVD will charged at $20.00.
